Do you know that to make your sail a plotter needs to draw or cut a line 68 meters long?

Another plotter cuts out your country letters and your specific numbers;

Each single sail and its elements are produced with 4 different machines;

The machines need to stick the needle in over 9,500 times;

Each sail consists of 149 elements;

Each panel is first attached with double side adhesive tape and then lifted for quality assurance (QA); the next step of QA is lifting the sail by three people to check it all over; the third step of QA is after attaching the window and before sewing;

The sails are made in Poland, the cloth is made in Holland and given its finishing in Germany, the plotters are from New Zealand and China, the sewing machines from Czech Republic, Dacron for letters and numbers is produced in Thailand, battens and thread are from the USA, eyelets from Sweden, and IODA button from England.

- and all this is needed to make a sail 800g in weight.
